The Goal Setting Stage is activated when it's necessary to set non-gradable objectives and goals that will become gradable during the Review Stage. In the Goal Setting Stage you will be able to create personalized flows of goal setting according to the needs of your company or use already defined flows.

Description of a goal setting flow

A goal setting flow is defined as a series of stages that allow managers to register non-gradable objectives and goals for their employees. For every stage of a goal setting flow, you must configure the following:

  • Creation, visualization and removal privileges for the roles of reviewer and/or reviewee in each stage.
  • Status in which every stage of the flow will be finished.
  • Sending of e-mail notifications for the finalization of each stage.
  • Flow of validation of the registered objectives and goals.
