Create, edit, replicate and delete objectives

Before starting

Creating objectives

1. In the Goal Setting or Review stages, click Create objective.

2. The platform will create a new objective and you will have to enter the following:

  • Title: Mandatory. Click on Write here... to edit it.
  • Description: Optional. Click on Write here... below the title to edit it.
  • Weight: Mandatory. Edit the weight of your objective by clicking on the weight itself. All of the objectives must sum 100% for the platform to accept them.

3. Every change will be saved automatically. 

4. The platform will warn you if there exists a minimum or a maximum quantity of objectives according to the configuration and the limitations of the process.

5. The platform will also warn you if the weights of the objectives don't equal 100%.


Editing objectives

1. In the goal setting or review of the participant, search for the objective you want to modify.

2. Click on the fields you want to edit.

3. You will only be able to modify the fields of the objective that allow changes.

4. Every change will be saved automatically.


Replicating objectives (Reviewers)

1. In the goal setting or review of your employee, search for the objective you want to replicate.

2. Click Options (three dots) located at the right side of the objective.

3. Click Replicate objective.

4. Choose the employee or employees to which you want to replicate the objective you selected (these employees must be under your charge.)

5. Select them and click Replicate objective.

6. The platform will copy the objective and create a new one identical to the one you selected in the review or goal setting of the employees. This objective will also include its goals. 

7. You can edit this new objective in the future inside the goal settings or reviews of your employees.


Deleting objectives

1. In the goal setting or review, look for the objective that you want to delete.

2. Click Options (three dots) located at the right side of the objective.

3. Click Delete objective.

4. Deleting an objective is an irreversible action and by deleting it you will also delete its goals.

5. Confirm the deletion by clicking Confirm.
