Step 3: Clear your browsing data
Open Google Chrome on your computer.
At the top right, click More.
Click More tools; then, click Clear browsing data.
At the top, make sure that the time range is at least 7 days.
Check the boxes of "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files”.
Click Clear data.
