To guarantee that this review ends up being as effective and beneficial as possible, it's essential to have an standard and efficient process that allows the communication of the feedback to the employee to be clear and constructive.

What's the add-on of the performance results report?

The add-on of the performance results report is an artificial intelligence tool designed to strengthen and present relevant information regarding the performance of an employee in an effective way. This tool gathers data from different sources to provide a high quality summary of the performance, potential and action plans of an employee.

Additionally, this summary is focused on all of the information sources that have been compiled during a performance review process.

How can I activate Rankmi Insights?

If you have hired Rankmi Insights, there will appear an additional configuration in your performance review process called IA Tools. Here, you will need to enable the Feedback Insights configuration. By doing this, the platform will automatically start showing a new button where you can enter the insights of your performance review results.


How can I see the results report?

Browse the platform until finding the Summary section. Click See results report. When you click it, the report will show you conclusions, findings and insights based on the gathered information.

You can also enter the results report from the general profile of the employee clicking the Performance tab. Search for the process you want to see the results of and click the Insights Genius button located at the right side.

What kind of information does this report have?

  • General average: Shows the general average of the performance assessment of the employee and highlights the differences between the results of every reviewer.
  • Results of competencies: Shows a detailed breakdown of the performance of the employee in the different assessed competencies.
  • Comments: Showcases the comments that the employee have received during their assessment.
