What's a manager with administrative permissions?

A manager is a user that can access the Monitoring and Results sections of one or more departments in a performance review process, among other things. When they are given an administrative permission, they will also be able to access the Configuration section, which is a section available to admins only.

What can a manager with administrative permissions do?

  • Resetting assessments.
  • Resetting self-reviews.
  • Resetting feedbacks.
  • Managing change requests (if they have access to Monitoring).
  • Sending reminders (if they have access to Monitoring).
  • Changing and updating reviewers.
  • Updating the information of the participants under their assigned departments.
  • Accessing Participants (in Configuration) and changing/updating participants' review relations and process information if they are under the departments they have been assigned.
  • Accessing Objectives and goals (in Configuration) and managing participants' objectives and goals if they are under the departments they have been assigned.
