Modified on Thu, 7 Dec, 2023 at 10:39 AM

Using and browsing through the Helpcenter is really easy. In this article, we will show you how to find the information you're looking for and make use of it.

How do I look for an article?

The main page of the Helpcenter is composed of three main sections: the search bar, the categories and the most popular articles. The section you will have to use will depend on what you're looking for.

If you're looking for articles about an specific topic, we advise you to use the search bar. Click the bar and write the word or the topic of the article you need and the Helpcenter will automatically show you suggestions of different articles of the word you wrote. If you want to, click View all to see a complete list of suggested articles.

The search bar will always be available for you in every section of the Helpcenter.

On the other hand, if you would like to see a complete list of articles from a particular topic or theme, you can use the categories section. Scroll down to Knowledge base and you will see the first three categories, which correspond to platform sections like Login and to our solutions like Performance. If you click View all articles, you will access all of our available categories.

Every category is composed by folders, and every folder includes one or more articles. This hierarchy allows us to group articles by their theme.

If you want to view all of the articles of a particular folder, just click the title of this folder and the Helpcenter will redirect you automatically to a comprehensive list.

Finally, if you would like to review the most popular articles and see if one of them is close to what you're looking for, you can scroll down to the Most popular articles section. This section will show you the articles with the most recent interactions.

What will I find in every article?

Inside every article, you will find the following:

  • Search bar.
  • Title and contents.
  • Links to articles that are under the same folder that the one you're viewing.
  • Links to suggested articles that could be similar to the one you're viewing.

Additionally, you will have the chance to print the article by clicking Print (printer icon) if you wish, and also give your opinion on how helpful the article was at the end of it.
