What's my username?

In order to access your Rankmi account, you must know your username first. It's very likely that your company will send you your username and initial password as soon as a survey or process starts or as soon as your user account is created on the platform. 

Generally, your username could be:

• Your corporate email address.
• Your identifier number: that is, your personal ID number or other unique identifier depending on the country you currently reside in.
